Yes. The nets can be brought down and removed manually by unhooking each rhombus from its harpoon. This task involves fine dexterity, a simple task for an adult but difficult for a child. Do not cut the net, just unhook it.

Any nets (mesh) installed with anchors can be very difficult to adapt to new openings. What can be saved in materials will be insignificant compared to the labor cost of removal and reinstallation. The less expensive option is installing a new net system.

No. Replacing a Netzen net is very simple and does not involve any noisy or dirty work. Since it is a manual job that does not require the use of electric tools, such as a drill or rotary hammer, this can even be done during noise restriction hours or days with bad weather conditions.

No. Our safety nets have not been designed for that purpose and we strongly recommend against it.

The nets and profiles have been submitted to stress tests by INTI, yielding radial resistance results of 140/m2 (transparent net) and 200/m2 (white net). This means that the net resists the direct impact of this load as a whole. The stress tests do not include resistance to any climbing up the net. Each one of the rhombuses on the net resists 17kg (37.47 pounds) in the case of the transparent net and 49kg (108.02 pounds) in the case of the white net.

The aging tests performed on the nets have taken into consideration the most adverse situations in order to provide the user with a correct estimate concerning the optimal time of usage. In any case, it is advisable to check the condition of the net from time to time since deterioration does not occur overnight.

Contrary to the natural, unconscious state of alertness to the risk of free falls from heights that an exterior balcony or terrace implies, interior balconies tend to be disregarded. The risk of fall accidents increases because people tend to be more relaxed moving through these internal spaces on a daily basis. Even if the height of the internal balcony is not very pronounced, it is very common for adults to behave recklessly, such as throwing objects in order to avoid going up and down stairs that children may dangerously mimic.

These evaluations include the aging of the material exposed to natural agents such as the sun, humidity, water, extreme cold and heat. Yes. Provided that there is no overall roof, an iron or aluminum structure will have to be previously installed and solidly planted. Dimensions range from 1.70 meters (5.57 feet) or 2.00 meters (6.56 feet) from the floor (maximum regulatory heights) and the net will be placed to said structure. We recommend placing square iron/aluminum tubes with a section of 2.54 x 2.54 centimeters (1” x 1” inches), with the vertical uprights at no more than 2.00 meters (6.56 feet). This is to prevent flexing of the horizontal structure once the net is tensed.

Yes. We suggest cleaning the gate using a damp cloth and drying afterwards. Do not use any chemical or abrasive products on the gate.

No. We do not recommend this, given that the nets have been designed to provide additional protection under current regulations, and not for pools. Any nets used as barriers for swimming pools can be exposed to the risks of being gnawed by animals, broken by mishandling of tools such as lawnmowers or edgers, as well as being corroded by Chlorine. All these factors directly affect the safety capacity of the product.

Yes. Many customers use the net to protect their pets. For many, this is a recommended solution both for its comparative advantages and for its effectiveness. Nevertheless, we suggest adding further protection if a pet has a habit of breaking everything since the net is made of nylon and may not be safe enough in some cases.

No. Our tests have always been carried out with the net placed in a vertical position.

No. It is very important to bear in mind that the surface on which the aluminum or polyamide profiles will be attached must be in good conditions. This means the surfaces must be free of moisture or cracks that weaken the joint with the anchors.
