Shipping Policy

The following shipping options are available to fit your needs:

  • Store pick-up -  Free

  • Shipping within CABA and GBA - sent via messenger service

  • Shipping via Fast Track - shipping fee determined according to order weight, volume and final destination

  • Shipping via courier services - shipping fee determined according to order weight, volume and final destination

  • Shipping via bus terminal package services - shipping fee determined according to order weight, volume and final destination

  • Shipping via FedEx Express and/or other - shipping fee determined according to order weight, volume and final destination

Delivery estimates:

  • Deliveries are coordinated within 24hs of receiving the confirmation payment.

  • In-store order pick-ups are available within 24-48hs.

  • Deliveries via bike messenger services are available within 24-48hs

  • Shipping time for all orders within Argentina is 3-7 business days, depending on the final destination.

  • Shipping time for international orders is 3-7 business days, depending on the final destination.

  • Shipping times may vary due to National or religious holidays.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

  • All orders shipped within Argentina will be delivered on Monday-Saturday from 9am -9pm. 

  • Any adult can receive and sign for order packages.

 

What should I do if I have not received my order within the shipping date estimate? 

We will ask you to notify us via e-mail at netzen@netzen.com.ar so we can proceed with the corresponding order tracking inquiries.
