Return Policy

Please consider the following protocol in case you need to make a return:

1.Proof of purchase will be required for any product replacement within the limited warranty period. The decision to repair or replace a product will be made at the sole discretion of the company, after physical review of the product and proof of purchase.

2.Provide confirmation of the size of the net received, counting the total number of rhombuses of the net. We recommend watching the instructional video on how to count the rhombuses: 

3.Provide confirmation of the number of anchors received in the package.

4.Once the product quantities have been verified, we will proceed with the return of your order.

 

We guarantee that the materials that compose our products are free from defects at the time of manufacture. If any defect should be detected within the limited warranty, the company reserves the right to decide on its replacement at no cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover aging or normal wear of any parts that may be damaged. Nor are national and international shipping costs. In conclusion, the company is only responsible for the replacement of defective raw materials and no other associated expenses.

Any returns are made only if the product is in new, unused condition.
